Event Details

The University of Essex is hosting this year's regional event in the south east for the Research Councils UK (RCUK) Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF).

The event on Monday 16 October 2017 will cover detailed information on GCRF and official development assistance (ODA) compliance and will also include networking sessions.

Two speakers from RCUK will be available for questions on the day, experienced GCRF project leads will present learning points and challenges, and practitioners will present their perspectives.

The event provides an excellent opportunity to discuss projects currently under development, hear about forthcoming opportunities and also to discuss potential collaborations with academics and practitioners for the next round of calls.

A detailed agenda for the day will be circulated by email in due course - it will also be added to this page as soon as the information is available. Below is a brief outline of the day, which is subject to change.
