Central’s research culture is built on a Practitioner-Researcher Network which, while always changing and developing, has particular foci on: acting, movement and voice; applied theatre; concepts and contexts; contemporary dramaturgies; intermediality; music theatre and sound; and puppetry and object theatre. Our culture is one of enquiry, innovation and experimentation where staff and students engage with pioneering ideas and practices, and seek to understand these within a wider field of performance and cultural production.
Come and find out more at our open event on Thursday 8th December, from 6-9pm.
The doors will open at 18.00, and you will have the opportunity to explore the school, hear more about our research centre, and put any questions you may have to our academic staff. Refreshments and Mince Pies will be provided after the event.
