Informal workshops to gain insight into research support activities at the University

    About this event

The University has approved a programme of work looking at delivering positive change in the research culture at the University of Bath. As part of this work, they are looking at the work and careers of "Research Enablers".

"Research Enablers" are those who work in research support roles in the Management Specialist and Administration job family. We want to explore how research enabler careers develop, the support they need, and whether there's more the University can be doing to make this an effective and supportive working environment for these types of roles.

We are running a survey through March to gather data from these staff. We will also be running 4 informal workshops to gather the input from these staff.

We'll provide drinks and biscuits for in person sessions, but do feel free to bring your lunch. All sessions will cover the same topics, so just book the time that suits you.

    • Tuesday 22nd March – 2-3pm Online
    • Thursday 24th March – 12-1pm CB 4.16
    • Monday 28th March 2.30 – 3.30 online
