Please join us to raise awareness of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) within healthcare research and hear about the important steps being taken towards improving the representativeness of under-served populations within an NHS research.

In this seminar we will explore how the conversation regarding issues relating to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion has evolved within NHS Research over the last 2 years and the ways in which Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust’s (AWP) Research and Development (R&D) team have been working towards addressing representation and accessibility.

We welcome our partner organisations, external stakeholders and regulatory bodies to share in the work that they are currently undertaking to address these issues, to include speakers from our department, the Centre for Ethnic Health Research and the Health Research Authority.
