Description

This event is part of a series of Research Seminars organised by the Department of Languages at Leeds Beckett University.

The research keynote on ‘”Translating Cultures’, translating research”, with an insight into Modern Languages research and Arts and Humanities research funding more generally, will be given by Professor Charles Forsdick from the University of Liverpool.

Professor Charles Forsdick is the Arts and Humanities Research Council theme leadership fellow for Translating Cultures. He was recently appointed REF2021 sub-panel chair for Modern Languages and Linguistics.

Refreshments will be available from 14.00 - 14.30.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Public parking is very limited at Headingley Campus. There is a pay and display carpark (via the Church Wood Avenue entrance), but spaces are limited. Headingley Campus is well served by buses and other public transport options.
