Research Launch ‘Windsor Framework Article 2: Enforcement and Remedies'

The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission (NIHRC) is launching its new independent research report ‘Windsor Framework Article 2: Enforcement and Remedies'. The event will take place on Tuesday 16 December, from 11am - 12.30pm at the Dublin Suite, Europa Hotel, Belfast. The event will be in-person and online.
The report, written by Anurag Deb (QUB), Dr Sylvia de Mars (Newcastle University) Dr Eleni Frantziou (Durham University), Professor Colin Murray (Newcastle University) and Professor Aoife O’Donoghue (QUB), explores the enforcement of Windsor Framework Article 2 and highlights the continued relevance of EU and domestic remedies as a result of the UK’s obligations under the UK-EU Withdrawal Agreement.
Join us for a discussion on the findings of the report on remedies and the enforcement of Windsor Framework Article 2.
