2nd CIPD Research Roundtable - 21st March 2017
We are delighted to invite you to the next CIPD Research Roundtable to connect and network with other HR and L&D professionals across the region. We’ll discuss some of the biggest priorities for wellbeing in the workplace.
Our Research Roundtable is for professionals who want to learn about their latest organisational initiatives and impact, and share their initiatives with others.
You will be able to participate in facilitated networking sessions – all made more enjoyable by refreshments at the end of your working day.
We will be concentrating on the rewards and recognitions that organisations have investigated or used in order to improve the wellbeing of their employees. We will be:
• Discussing and sharing current initiatives that are happening in organisations to support wellbeing
• Sharing research that individual organisations have carried out in this area
The evening will be facilitated by our colleagues Dr. Tony Wall (The International Thriving at Work Research Group) and Dr. Rachel Robins (CIPD Policy Advisor).
Don’t miss a chance to create and develop your own HR support network. The solution to your biggest organisational challenge may only be a conversation away.
