Research Workshop 2017

Following the success of our London workshops, we have decided to replicate them in York. These hands-on workshops will be backed up with published papers from the Sheffield Psychotherapy Project. This project generated a wide range of follow-up studies, and examples from a variety of methodological strategies. These workshops will take place on two separate days.

Workshop 2

Saturday 20 May 2017

Morning session: Micro-processes of everyday clinical interaction

Researching the alliance and an introduction to process measures and methods.

Afternoon session: Developing a research question

Working in small groups, participants will develop a clinical research question and consider possible methods to address it.

Also remember to register for Workshop 1, Saturday 25 March 2017; where we will explore "What is change?" and methods of "How do we know when it happens."

For any further information, please get in contact with Sophia Dick by email ( or telephone, 020 7014 9966.
