Is there a physical component to this conference?

No, the conference will take place fully online. Once you sign up via Evenbrite, we will share the Zoom link with you.

What if I have accessibility needs, including translation and/or subtitling?

Please email the conference organizers with your requests.

What if I signed up but cannot make the full day?

We will be using Zoom for the conference, so feel free to attend whatever sessions suit your schedule. Of course we hope to see you for the full two days of the conference!

Will the presentations be recorded?

Some presentations will be recorded (with prior approval). If you are interested in a specific recording/presentation, please contact the conference organizers.
