About this event
Re:Self is a reflective, psychologically informed workshop experience designed for women navigating change, whether in career, identity, relationships, or roles.
Whether you're considering a career shift, emerging from burnout, returning after maternity leave, or simply feeling disconnected from your sense of self, this workshop offers a space to pause, reflect, and realign before stepping forward. This is not a passive event, but an immersive, gently guided experience — structured around a carefully curated sequence of experiential practices. Throughout the session, you’ll be guided through a sequence of original and embodied practices. These will include elements of psychodrama, art therapy-based visual work, therapeutic reflection, and guided visualisation — all curated to support insight, emotional integration, and a return to the self.
This space is for you if:
- You are navigating a transition (personal and professional).
- You have been feeling disconnected from your identity or purpose.
- You’re carrying more than your share of mental and emotional responsibility and load.
- You’re seeking clarity, space to reflect, and the permission to put yourself back into the picture.
- You want support and connection with others who are also in the process of redefining and reinventing themselves.
Together we will explore:
- The tension between the roles we perform and the selves we neglect
- The masks we wear to stay safe, accepted, or competent
- The invisible load we carry that may not belong to us
- The values and strengths already alive within
- And how to step forward with compassion, clarity, and grounded courage
You walk away with:
- A clearer understanding of how you’ve been defining yourself and how that might be evolving.
- Insights into your current roles, hidden patterns, and internalised expectations.
- A stronger connection to your values, needs, and inner guidance.
- A sense of shared experience, you are not alone in this transition.
Please note:
- The workshop will be held in the following languages — please check carefully when booking:

- 25th & 26th October at 15:00 — conducted in English
- Spaces will be limited, so early registration is recommended.
- The exact address will be shared with registered participants after ticket purchase.
- Please note: the workshop may be extended by up to 30 minutes, as it is a live, dynamic process that will depend on the group’s flow.
Elena Gordon is the founder of Master Mind Care, an Integrative Psychotherapist and ICF Master Certified Coach (PCC) with a background in architecture and urban design. She specialises in trauma recovery, psychosomatic disorders, relationships, and inner child work, bringing both depth and flexibility to her practice. Elena trained with Erickson International, is accredited in Advanced Coaching by the University of Oxford, and certified in Mindfulness by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. She is also a Consultative Member of the Professional Psychotherapeutic League.
Before moving fully into psychology, Elena spent years in urban planning and design, shaping large-scale environments. Her path shifted after experiencing burnout, personal loss, international relocation, and the upheaval of war that reshaped borders, relationships, and futures. These experiences transformed psychology from something she studied into something she needed — a way to navigate grief, fear, and change.
Today, Elena’s work is informed by both professional expertise and lived experience, grounded in the belief that wellbeing is not an abstract ideal but a daily practice of connection: with ourselves, with others, and with the environments we inhabit.
Alongside her work with individuals and organisations, she serves as an educator and guide, leading psychoeducational workshops and retreats that translate psychological insight into embodied, lived experience. Whether supporting a person through transition or advising an organisation on culture and space, her focus remains the same: to create environments — inner and outer — where people can heal, thrive, and belong.
