Come join us for lunch at the new facilities at the Kingsway Army Reserve Centre! We're celebrating our amazing armed forces community with networking opportunities and the usual camaraderie. We are so excited about this, we are hosting this a week early!! Whether you're a reservist, veteran, ally or a supportive employer this event is for you. Frequently asked questions

What time do I need to be there?

We ask that guests arrive promptly for a 12 noon start.

Can I bring a colleague?

Invitations have been shared to our allies and contacts. Tickets are first come, first serve due to capacity, with special priority for NHS and university staff. We ask that external organisations book tickets for 1 or 2 staff initially. We will have a reserve list for additional guests thereafter.

What do I need to wear?

Smart dress/service dress; with medals and decorations encouraged. Military staff will be wearing no2s and equivalent. NHS staff can wear their uniform. No trainers please.

I am a wheelchair user, are there disabled facilities?

Yes, facilities are mostly ground floor and there is a lift.

Why do you need my vehicle registration?

You will be entering military estate and for security, they require vehicle registration details.

Who is the point of contact?
