Your day will begin with tea and a short opening meditation with TPM founder Lily Silverton followed by an invigorating, soothing all-levels yoga session with myofascial release.
After a delicious brunch from the team at Jason Atherton's Michelin starred Berners Tavern, Lily will lead you through a priorities and goal setting workshop to empower you to create an inspirational blueprint for the year ahead.
You'll end the day with an immersive, multi-sensory sound healing session led by renowned guide Jasmin Harsono (Emerald + Tiger) to leave you feeling calm, centred and restored.
There will also be a special, surprise activity and incredible goodie bags including luxury skincare and transformational self-development books worth more than £100 to take home.
