Welcome to the Reset & Rebalance! Join us at St Mary's Handbridge Centre, Chester for gentle Somatic Movements, Qi Gong and Freestyle Tai Chi to help Rejuvenate and centre. Followed by a Soundbath Journey in collaboration with Amy from Sacred Vibrance, whereby the sounds of the Gong, Singing Bowls, Handpan, Voices and other Therapuetic instruments wash over you....This is the last monthly session before returning in September so book your place now to be with the peace within! Is the Sound Bath Journey available for all to receive?

Before Booking check the Contraindications for a sound bath; these include conditions like epilepsy, pacemakers, recent surgeries, certain metal implants, unmanaged mental health issues, and heightened sound sensitivity. Pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. This is at your own risk.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yoga mats can be supplied if requested though otherwise please bring your own as well as a cushion, blanket, eye mask. Anything to help you relax and feel comfortable. Some water to hydrate is also advised.
