About this event

Calling all Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and Combined Authorities to join us for a two-part CPD accredited online course. Our Resident Centred Retrofit course will equip you with the building blocks to create and deliver a successful resident engagement strategy, in order to support the outcomes of your retrofit projects.

This event will feature presentations from experts, opportunities to ask questions and workshop with peers. The content will include:

Session 1: Tuesday 16th September 09:00 - 12:00 (Modules 1-3)

  • Module 1: Why deliver resident-centred retrofit?
  • Module 2: Customer journey mapping
  • Module 3: Developing an engagement approach: People

Session 2 Thursday 18th September 09:00 - 12:00 (Modules 4-6)

  • Module 4: Developing effective engagement: Tools and methods
  • Module 5: Identifying stakeholders and developing capacity
  • Module 6: Developing your strategy
