Resident Centred Retrofit - Solihull | RISE in-person event

Overview

Calling all Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and Combined Authorities to join us at Solihull, Cotality Office on Monday 24th November for the RISE Resident Centred Retrofit Bootcamp - West Midlands. This in-person event is based on our online CPD Accredited course. Our Resident Centred Retrofit course will equip you with the building blocks to create and deliver a successful resident engagement strategy, in order to support the outcomes of your retrofit projects.

This event will feature presentations from experts, opportunities to ask questions and workshops with peers. The content will include:

1. Module 1: Why deliver resident-centred retrofit?
2. Module 2: Customer journey mapping
3. Module 3: Developing an engagement approach: People
4. Module 4: Developing effective engagement: Tools and methods
5. Module 5: Identifying stakeholders and developing capacity
6. Module 6: Developing your strategy
