Using Severn Wye’s practical delivery model, we’ll look at how end-to-end services create better outcomes for residents and higher accountability for funders.

A different starting point: How retrofit support can begin with advice on fuel poverty, energy debt, or heating issues, responding to people’s immediate needs.

From advice to action: Integrating impartial assessments, fabric-first coordination, and quality-controlled installations into a seamless resident journey.

Built-in assurance: Independent compliance checks, support to understand systems before sign-off, and a single point of accountability across the process.
