About this workshop: are you struggling to cope? Is this impacting on your ability to learn, adapt and change? Would you like to find out about some strategies to develop more appropriate 'grit', staying power and self-awareness. When we are not resilient we can feel overwhelmed, anxious, tempted to quit. We can 'fall over' emotionally, or work so hard we burn out. Although there are no quick fixes this session will share strategies and tips to help you see a difference.

What you will get from attending:

  1. carry out some self analysis.
  2. to gain an improved self-awareness.
  3. to set some specific goals for you to work towards.
  4. have a better understanding of how to manage.
  5. to learn from your own and others' experiences.
