Event description

Description

With lives deluged by complex demands – both at home and at work – many of us report feeling close to burnout at times.

Strengthening our resilience drives how well we do what we do and how much we enjoy it, enabling greater happiness, effectiveness and success.

This quarter’s Breakfast of Change invites attendees to explore how we can embed new habits to help us maintain balance in the storm.

BREAKFAST OF CHANGE

Once a quarter we bring together a cross-section of individuals for a Breakfast of Change. Each event brings a fresh lens to a different challenge currently holding organisations back. The goal? To generate ideas and momentum for positively influencing organisational culture.

Catalysing the power of the network to stimulate fresh ideas and possibilities, Breakfast of Change kickstarts the day and reinvigorates the agent of change in each of us.

Resilience needs fuel, so a delicious selection of breakfasts and teas/coffees will be served.

All profits from each breakfast will be donated to a local charity supporting change, in this instance Ministry of Stories, a writing and mentoring space for young people aged 8-18.

WHO?

Voices already in the mix include: Sky, CIPD, Clear Channel, ITV, Trinity Mirror, Global, City and Guilds and many more. We'd love to add yours, wherever you come from.
