Resilience and Wellbeing: Finding Your Balance CPD Interactive Webinar
Event Information
About this event
During such unprecedented times, finding the balance between performance and well-being for ourselves, our teams and our organisations can be challenging. Resilience Engine® research shows 82% of working people experience demand for resilience as high, while only 10% said it was manageable. Many people experience performance and well-being as an “either-or”. This difficult landscape can be changed by developing some practical approaches to understand and explore how to increase resilience.
Resilience is our ability to adapt and our capacity for change – the aims of these sessions are to introduce a dynamic framework of resilience (The Resilience Dynamic®), explore some key enablers and blockers and to share some practical tools and techniques to help you discover your own resilience and support your own resilience journey – focussing on energy, capacity and perspective.
This activity will consist of two sessions with a short break in between.
Part A: An Introduction to Resilience: Energy and Capacity for Change
Part B: Resilience in Practice: Perspective, Barriers and Enablers
About the Resilience Engine:
Resilience is your capacity for change. Being Resilient creates capacity for navigating uncertainty in healthy and effective ways. The Resilience Engine puts their 10+ years of resilience research into your organisation’s hands; we help you build a ‘resilience scaffold’ so that you build and align your own internal resilience capability.
