Support workers and volunteers face unique pressures—from emotional strain and burnout to resource constraints and secondary trauma. This interactive workshop offers practical tools, peer support, and a personalized action plan to help you build resilience and sustain your impact.

Who Should Attend?
Support workers, charity staff, volunteers, and anyone working in community-facing roles who wants to strengthen their emotional wellbeing and build a more resilient work culture. We recommend a maximum of 15 attendees for the best results.
