Resilience – How to boost your personal resilience and stay positive and productive in challenging times.

Drawing on the extensive research and evidence base from the fields of positive psychology and strengths-based development, this seminar will explore ways of managing and maintaining personal resilience and productivity in challenging times.
Based on our successful ‘Playing to your Strengths’ series, this resilience ‘taster’ session is highly interactive and packed full of practical tips, tools and take-aways.
* Learn about the research and evidence-base linking ‘positive psychology’ to resilience and well-being at work
* Understand what energises and drains people at work and how ‘playing to strengths’ can reduce stress and boost energy levels
* Have the opportunity to try a range of tools and techniques to maintain a positive mind-set and increase resilience and productivity, particularly through periods of change
The event is hosted by Higgs and Sons. Free parking is available at the rear of the building however please leave sufficient time for parking.
