Sound healing is a gentle yet powerful tool and so it is not suitable for anyone with epilepsy, pacemaker or during first trimester pregnancy.

P lease note that sound healing is not recommended for people in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and for those who suffer with epilepsy. Please seek doctors advice before attending if you suffer with severe mental illnesses, severe osteoporosis, have had recent hip/joint operations, if you are fitted with a pacemaker, advanced stages of cancer or ménière's disease.

Vegetarian food will be provided as it suits most people, please inform us in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies!

Is this event accessible to all?

Due to uneven ground and an outdoor wooded environment we would only recommend this event for able bodied individuals!

Do I need to bring anything with me?

No but feel free to bring your own seat, yoga mat, blankets, pillow, snacks, drinks (non alcohol) or anything else that you feel may make more comfortable!
