Mindfulness Workshop

In this workshop our facilitator, who specialises in anxiety, will explain what resilience is and guide you through some specific exercises to help reduce anxiety and stress, strengthening your ability to cope with difficult challenges in life.
You will leave with new tools to help you build up your own levels of resilience, supporting you to manage stressful situations without feeling overwhelmed.
