I get knocked down, but I get up again! How to build Resilience in young people
Resilient children can ‘resist adversity, cope with uncertainty and recover more successfully from traumatic events or episodes’.
The aim of this workshop is to provide attendees with a good understanding of what resilience is, how being resilient can benefit young people and an understanding of the skills and resources required to support a young person in building resilience.
