A practical, one-day open course for leaders, managers and team members who need and want to be more resilient.

Overall Objective

This programme is a high impact, one day course for leaders, managers and team members who want to understand resilience and how to be better at it. This course will help you be more resilient – more able to plan for and to cope with stress and anxiety, to manage change, to solve future problems, to create a culture of resilience at work and to ensure readiness for the inevitable ups and downs of modern business life.

  • Understand your own unique physical, behavioural and cognitive relationship to resilience, what makes it better and what makes it worse for YOU.

Background

On the back of changing attitudes towards mental healthcare and an ever-growing acceptance that stress and anxiety are taking far too high a toll physically, mentally, financially and even spiritually from society – it is now more than ever the responsibility and obligation of every employer to ensure that their leaders and teams are empowered and best equipped to be resilient.
