Event description

Description

What is this training session about?

This training day will focus on our own well-being at work and how we can develop resilience and practice better self-care using proven techniques.

What will I learn?

We will discuss ideas such as: What influences our well-being at work? Where does resilience come from and how can we improve it? How can we practice better self-care? The day will involve learning some ideas and theory from evidence-based approaches in psychology, as well as practical, experiential exercises that participants can try individually and as a group. You will be able to take away resources and exercises to use to facilitate discussions around well-being and resilience with other staff and with pupils.
