Resilient Reset Programme – Mindfulness Training for Resilience & Burnout Prevention
An empowering 3-session online mindfulness course designed to support professionals and individuals, outside of the workplace, to restore focus, manage stress and prevent burnout.
The Resilient Reset Programme offers a practical framework for building resilience and maintaining wellbeing through mindfulness. Across three 75-minute interactive sessions, you’ll explore stress patterns, apply reset tools and integrate healthy habits to help sustain focus and balance, both at work and in daily life.

Programme Format
- Format: 3 × 75-minute interactive sessions
- Delivery: Online (via Zoom)
- Schedule: 1 session per week over 3 weeks - STARTING 30TH NOVEMBER 7PM
- Group Size: Small groups (limited to 8 participants)
This cohort runs on Sundays: 30th Nov, 7th Dec, and 14th Dec at 7pm UK time. Each session is 75 minutes, and participants are encouraged to attend all sessions.
Each session includes:
- Guided mindfulness practices and resilience tools
- Reflection exercises to build awareness and emotional strength
- Meditation recordings and take-away exercises for personal practice
