*Due to high demand for tickets we have moved the Resolution Forum to a new venue nearby at BMA House*

 

The Resolution Forum returns to London this autumn where senior executives from across multiple sectors unite to gain crucial insights into on-the-pulse topics in complaint handling, customer experience and practices to become best-in-class for customer experience.

 

This latest Resolution Forum will be hosted by Egeria Insights, the data insights and analytics business of the Resolver Group.

 

This Resolution Forum will include a series of intriguing talks covering crucial areas of complaint handling and customer service hot topics including customer vulnerability, building award winning complaint handling teams, PR and media crisis management, challenger brand strategy and best practices to create award winning proactive processes to retain customers.

 

We already have our expert lineup of speakers confirmed:

 

- Martyn James, consumer complaints and PR expert.

 

- Caroline Wells, consumer vulnerability and complaint handling expert.

 

- Sally Ainsworth, Head of Service Recovery at United Utilities and Gold winner of Complaint Handling Leader of the Year at the 2019 UK Complaint Handling Awards.

 

- Nigel Cates, Head of Service Recovery/Complaints at HSBC and Gold winner in the categories of Product & Service Improvement, Innovation in Complaints and Most Improved Complaint Handling - Financial Services at the 2019 UK Complaint Handling Awards.

 

- Adam Morgan, founder of Eat Big Fish and the man who coined the phrase 'Challenger Brand'. Adam is a world-renowned and highly in demand speaker specialising in business strategy for brands, whether large or small.

 

The venue for the Resolution Forum is conveniently located only a short walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras, Euston and Russell Square stations for easy accessibility. 

 

Refreshments will be provided throughout the day as well as a lunch.

 

The day will include plenty of networking opportunities and a chance to have a demonstration of the advances made in our use of analytics and benchmarking to flag early warnings of issues including vulnerability and escalation prediction.

 

There will also be an opportunity to join us for post-event drinks onsite.
