The Resolving Volunteers Issues Policy has been updated and will be live from 2 July 2021. Join our workshop to find out what’s changed.

About this event

Our volunteers play an incredible role supporting the MS community across the UK, and we want to ensure that volunteering is a positive experience for everyone.

There are rare times, however, where volunteers are unhappy with their experience, and where an issue about volunteering needs to be addressed.

Our Resolving Volunteer Issues Policy provides a quick and fair process for doing this, and (as much as possible) empowers individuals to take action and resolve issues for themselves where they are comfortable to do so.

This workshop will support you with your understanding of the policy, highlight the process for dealing with issues and provide examples, so you can put your knowledge of the process into practice.

We look forward to seeing you there.
