Once purchased, tickets for our festival event, including any associated processing and service fees, are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our event and the logistics involved, we are unable to offer refunds.

Ticket logistics

Tickets will be scanned and validated electronically at the entrance to the event venue. Please note that duplicate or counterfeit tickets will be detected and denied entry. We strongly advise attendees to purchase tickets only from authorised ticketing outlets to avoid any inconvenience.

Entry to the event venue is subject to compliance with venue rules and regulations as well as security and safety protocols. Upon entry, attendees may be subject to bag checks, metal detector screenings, or other security measures.

Attendees are prohibited from bringing certain items into the event venue, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, and professional recording equipment.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, our event maintains a strict no-smoking and no-alcohol policy inside the venue.

Excessive flash photography

Accepted Answer

Excessive flash photography is not suggested during the event due to the health and safety concerns of attendees and artists.

Venue cleanliness and behavioural expectations

Accepted Answer

Attendees are required to dispose of their trash in designated receptacles throughout the venue. Littering is strictly prohibited to maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the event.
