What is resonance?
We will answer this in different ways, focussing primarily on its manifestation in the voice. Beginning with a technical definition, we will then expand and unfold this phenomenon to encompass the multidimensionality of our voice. We will learn how, through voice practices like Vocal Tai Chi, we can experience resonance as an efficient, present and integral expression of the self, aligning ourselves with who we truly are and our essential nature. I will lead you through a practice of seeking and allowing resonances in the voice.
Please have enough space to move around, as using the body really helps to open and encourage the voice.
