At International Synergies Northern Ireland, we know that efficiency and innovation go hand in hand with how you manage surplus materials, by-products, and underused resources. This practical, in-person workshop is designed to help organisations of all types find opportunities to reduce waste, cut costs, and build valuable partnerships.
The event will bring together businesses from across Northern Ireland to identify what they HAVE (excess materials, resources, or services) and what they WANT (inputs they need)—and connect them with others who can make use of them. Examples include packaging, timber, metals, heat, water, organics, and redundant equipment, but all resource types are welcome.
