Event description
We offer top tips on how to be a responsible tourist!

About this event

Tiger selfies, elephants rides and dolphin shows.

In this illustrative talk we cover some of the ‘do's’ and ‘don’ts’ and offer some top tips which could help animals and reduce exploitation. We will also reflect on some of the mistakes we have made in years gone by.

We want these talks to be as accessible as possible, therefore, we’re asking you to pay what you would like. Simply pay as little or as much as you wish!

This is a Zoom event. You will need access to Zoom in order to access this event. You will receive an email approximately 30 minutes before the talk is due to start (6:30pm), this will have the link you need to access the talk. Simply click on the link, or enter it into your web browser, and it will prompt to open Zoom. This will allow you to join the Zoom event. Alternatively, you can open Zoom and select 'Join a Meeting'. Once opened, you can enter the ID number provided e.g. 860 8182 8878.

Please do not share your link with individuals who have not paid for a place. Virtual seats are limited and therefore, those who have paid for a place may lose their seat if links are shared and the process is abused. We also have a guest list and can eject non-registered users from the talk on the night if necessary.

Events may be recorded, by joining you consent to this. You may choose to turn your camera off to protect your privacy.

We look forward to welcoming you to this event!
