How long have you been teaching yoga for?

Over 10 years now! I deliver yoga for beginners, hot yoga, pregnancy and post natal yoga, as well as being trained in yoga nidra, yin yoga and traditional Chinese medicine. I currently deliver a yoga teacher training course with Yogafurie Academy where I teach people to become yoga teachers.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes! The movement offered is specifically designed to meet you where you're at and challenge you appropriately from there, whether you're a seasoned yogi, haven't got on the mat in a while or are brand new to yoga. The meditation, breath practices and nidra need no previous experience.

What will the health tonic be?

I'm currently playing around with recipes to find the most tasty and healthy for you to enjoy. It will either be a vegan smoothie or a juice.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations made more than a week before the event will receive a full refund. After that, no refunds possible.
