Rest & Create: for carers. A Walk, Talk, Do, Care. break out group

Walk, Talk, Do, Care. offers a safe, friendly space to improve your mental and physical wellbeing through nature, creativity and community.

Matipo Arts, in collaboration with local creative Miranda Jennings, a leading a series of 4 "Rest & Create" break out sessions tailored to participants with caring responsibilites. Use the space to connect with likeminded people, share knowledge and take a breath, while getting creative in the room. Each session is playful, and inspired by our beautiful natural surroundings.

Sessions are free and take place on the following dates in the idyllic setting of Parndon Mill, Hub of Creativity:
