Join Helen and Abi for a deeply grounding experience designed to soothe your nervous system and reset your energy before the whirlwind of festive celebrations begins.

We’ll start with gentle & relaxing movement led by Abi—slow, mindful shapes and grounding breath to ease tension, melt stress, and bring you fully back into your body.

From this softened state, Helen will guide you into an acupuncture session crafted to restore balance, release blocked energy, and encourage a sense of calm from within.

As the needles work their subtle magic, Abi will surround you with a restorative sound bath—singing bowls, soft frequencies, and resonant vibrations to help you drop even deeper into rest.

We’ll close with a warming herbal tea, giving you time to return gently to your body & the world around you, reconnect, and carry your refreshed energy forward.
