Gentle hatha & restorative yoga

Join me at 17:15 every Tuesday @thelangtonwellnesshub for some post-work chill! 💖


We'll move gently, we'll tune into our breath, we'll find some stillness and cultivate some inner calm 🧘‍♀️


If you're someone who:


🌿Has a busy brain

🌿Rarely feels rested

🌿Is chronically stressed

🌿Is pouring from an empty cup


Then this might just be the class for you!


Restorative yoga postures are designed to reduce stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system and encouraging deep rest 🌀


No experience necessary and you don't need to be a Bendy Wendy to get involved ✌🏻


Expect lots of props, blankets, cosy vibes and a supportive space to rest. Less doing, more being. Slowness, stillness & ease ✨


All postures will be either seated or lying down and I will offer adaptations and alternatives to help you get the most out of your practice 💫


Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts so you have time to settle.

The studio has mats and props but you are very welcome to bring your own to use if you prefer.
