Who can attend?

The taster session and programme is open to adults over 18years of age. Both men and women. Due to safeguarding under 18's could not be supported fully in this group setting

Question 2

Can I attend to just observe?

Accepted Answer

The course is a taster session, as such full participation would be required from all attendees (including camera's on) and responding to the activities. If you would be uncomfortable doing this, a 1:1 session would be more suitable.

Why is there a cost?

Accepted Answer

The ReStart Programme has a fee, as it is a professional service and to cover costs. The fees have been kept as low as possible to ensure finances are not a barrier. If finance is an obstacle, please email info@survivingspiritualabuse.com

Question 4

If I attend the taster session am I committed to attend the full programme?

Accepted Answer

No, you can attend the taster session, and nothing else. The programme has an application process for those who want to apply to ensure it is the right level of support.

I can not attend the taster session but am interested in the programme, what do I do?
