About this Event
So many people seem to be having problems sleeping at present resulting in feeling worn out, frazzled and generally unhappy. This workshop draws on the experience of sleep experts to give you practical steps you can take to achieve more restful sleep. There will be a mix of presentation and discussion; and you will receive a range of handouts and tools to use after the workshop as you develop the habits you need to improve your sleep. An investment in your wellbeing that will be time well spent. This workshop will run over Zoom
