Holistic Sound Bath with Herbal Tea 🌿Join me for a gentle, grounding evening at St George's Church Old School Building. You'll be guided through a soothing sound bath with singing bowls and gongs, helping you release tension and quiet your mind. Afterward, enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea to nourish your body and spirit.

✨ What to bring: a yoga mat and blanket/sleeping bag to stay cosy and comfortable throughout the session. This is your time to slow down and take care of yourself.

⏰ Please arrive 10 minutes early. Doors close promptly at 7:05 pm to create a peaceful, undisturbed environment.
