Enjoy a day of self discovery through yoga flow, breathwork, meditation and self-enquiry in a relaxed atmosphere with like-minded people

Have you noticed that as life pulls us in many directions, we often live with quiet contradictions, for instance: wanting to get healthy yet overeating or honouring friendships yet putting family first. These patterns come from our unconscious biases rooted in our likes and dislikes, quietly shaping how we react, choose, and understand ourselves.

Resting in the I Am is a day to step back from all of this and return to the simple awareness within that says “I am.”

Beyond roles, memories, and expectations, this presence is steady, peaceful, and always here.

What You’ll Explore

Through breathwork, guided meditation, mantra (I Am / So Hum), and Who am I? self-enquiry, you will:

  • - recognise your unconscious biases and inner contradictions
  • - explore how likes and dislikes shape your choices and reactions
  • - feel grounded, centred, and present
  • - reconnect with your quiet, authentic self

The Who am I? enquiry gently dissolves layers of identity and conditioning, helping you discover the calm, spacious awareness beneath all of life's pulls and pressures.

This retreat offers a powerful starting point for understanding yourself more deeply and resting in the clarity of your true nature.

📋Itinerary

• Yoga flow

• Uplifting breathwork & mantra meditation

• Meditation, to engage with your own soul

• Group enabling workshops to review these contradictions within us through different lenses

• Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and to open ourselves to our true nature

🕒Time: Saturday 9.15-4pm

🏟️Venue: Diana's Health and Fitness, D3, 109E Finedon Road, Wellingborough NN8 4AL

🍱Refreshments: Teas and coffees provided, vegetarian/vegan shared lunch brought by participants.

🎒To bring:

Shared lunch as above

Journal or notebook and pen

Water bottle

Yoga mat (we have some available if you don’t have one),

Two home cushions/pillows

Blanket

Any other yoga equipment you personally use eg bricks and blocks (optional, not essential)

🧘🏽‍♂️Attire: loose clothing, tops and trousers suitable for exercise
