Description

After the success of the Breathing for Relaxation class earlier this month, Vinita Hassard has kindly agreed to offer a series of five restorative classes in the Physics Department in the run up to the Christmas break. These 45 min sessions will combine effective breathing techniques, pranayama, and meditation to aid relaxation and the achievement of a state of calmness. Vinita will utilise a combination of standing and supported seated positions to help you enter a meditative state with ease. Please bring along a cushion and/or blanket if you require a little more support in the seated postures.

The group will be limited to 12 spaces to ensure sufficient attention. You are advised to book your place early, to avoid disappointment. Please bring your electronic ticket to the class.

Please don’t eat a heavy meal within two hours of the start of the session.
