What do I have to wear for the meditation session?

There is no specific dress code for meditation. Your comfort is the main priority as you will be sitting for about 45 mins, so we recommend comfortable clothing. Some people like to bring along a cushion or something personal to them for extra comfort which can help you to relax.

How do I meditate if my mind is too busy?

Meditation is very helpful for people who have a busy mind as it helps to make the mind less busy. Meditation will help you to create space within your mind and generally helps people become more productive and organised.

Does it have anything to do with Religion or do I have to have certain beliefs?

Meditation is not about religion, nor do you have to have any specific beliefs to practice and benefit from meditation. The meditation we practice is non-religious, however some of the meditation practices that we will use stem from different religions, cultures, and philosophies.

What are the benefits of mediation?

Meditation has been shown to have many benefits, particularly related to health and well-being, most of which are now firmly based within scientific research. Meditation is something everyone can do to improve their mental and emotional health.
