About this Event
What better way to spend a Saturday morning in cold and locked-down February than to embrace a mix of mindfulness meditations, movements and stillness in this morning mindfulness restorative retreat!
This retreat is designed to open up our awareness of our body, mind and selves, and immerse into our present moment experience. Sessions are suitable for anyone who is looking to engage in meditation and mindfulness, and who wishes to spend some time opening up their awareness to the here and now.
Practicing mindfulness meditations can be extremely beneficial in reducing stress, building resilience, and gaining a sense of balance.
What to expect?
- A short introduction
- Practicing a variety of meditations and mindful movements including QiGong
- Embracing periods of quite to savour the present moment and focus
- Connecting with like-minded people
The zoom meeting will start 15 minutes before, so please join me at 9:45am.

Who is this session suitable for?
Sessions are suitable for anyone who is looking to practice meditation and mindfulness, and all are welcome. If you’re completely new to mindfulness/meditation and are unsure, or you have been struggling with mental health recently, give me a call and discuss the session to ensure it's right for you.
Do I need any special equipment?
No, you can meditate on the floor, sitting on cushions, a chair, or wherever is comfortable :)
