This event is all about you!
Come along and experience a warm, supportive environment, to nurture and nourish your own needs.
This two hour immersive session of restorative yoga and gentle sound bathing will leave you feeling more rested, relaxed and attuned to yourself.
- Restorative Yoga Poses: Led by Linda McCann, you will be guided through gentle restorative poses, where you will be fully supported by bolsters/blankets, allowing the body to softly unwind, melt into stillness, bringing the deepest relaxation to both mind and body. Expect to be lying down and completely relaxed in these poses.
- Sound Bathing: Tranquil sounds from Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls with therapeutic percussion will provide a serene soundtrack to your afternoon. Angie Garton has worked closely with Linda to develop a unique and gentle sound bathing experience to complement and enhance each of the yoga poses.
- Grounding and Reconnection: This event focuses on grounding techniques and practices to help you reconnect with your self and your needs. You will be encouraged to listen to your body and honour your needs throughout the session.

Frequently asked questions
Anyone who may be tired, stressed, recovering from illness, as well as those simply in need of some gentle time out from the world.
No previous experience required. The poses are restorative, meaning you will be lying down for the majority of the time, not twisting yourself into complicated poses! The session is suitable for everyone, but may be more difficult if you struggle to get up and down from the floor.
