Why come?
Modern life is noisy. This sound bath gives you space to slow down and let your body rest. Using tuned singing bowls, gentle tone layering and breathing guidance, Andy guides you through deep relaxation to reduce stress, restore clarity and improve sleep.
What will happen:
• Arrive, register & settle in (please arrive 15–20 minutes early).
• Gentle introduction & breathwork (10 -15 mins).
• 60-minute immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, other instruments, and Reiki energy.
• Gradual return, short sharing & optional tea (10–15 mins).
What to Expect:
You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably with a blanket and simply let the sounds wash over you. Andy will guide the session using crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, and other instruments, creating a soothing soundscape designed to calm the mind and restore balance.
Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed, lighter in body and clearer in thought. Some drift into a meditative state, while others may even fall asleep - both are perfectly fine, as your body will still absorb the benefits.
A gentle note: Sound baths are safe and accessible for most people. However, if you have specific medical concerns (e.g. sound-induced epilepsy, pregnancy, pacemaker), please contact Andy before booking.
Who it’s for:
This restorative sound bath is open to everyone, whether you’ve been meditating for years or have never managed to sit still for five minutes. The vibrations of the instruments naturally guide the mind into a calm and meditative state, so even if you find meditation difficult, you’ll be supported into deep relaxation without effort.
Sound baths are especially helpful for:
- People dealing with stress, anxiety, or difficulty sleeping
- Those living with chronic pain or ongoing health challenges
- Anyone who simply wants to unwind, recharge, and let go of tension
You don’t need any experience, just come as you are.
Many people discover that sound baths become a gateway into meditation and inner calm, even if traditional methods never worked for them.
