Will bolsters and blankets be provided?

At present, the only provision will be yoga mats, so if you want to ensure you can get comfortable, I strongly recommend that you bring at least one cushion/pillow, and ideally a lightweight blanket or scarf to lie under. I also recommend warm loose clothing and socks.

How much should I donate for a ticket?

That's entirely up to you! This is meant to be an accessible community event and I can't specify a price as I'm still learning and gathering feedback. However, I've spent invested a lot of money on my training, instruments, equipment and pay for the venue, so I'd be grateful for any contribution.

What if I can no longer make it?

If you can no longer make it, please contact me and request a refund so that your spot can be made available for someone else. It's a small venue, so I would ideally like to ensure that all spots are filled. Thank you.

There isn't any parking apart from road parking in the village I'm afraid, so I recommend coming a little earlier to find a spot.
