Wind down on Fridays with a Restorative Sound Journey

Come and join Jade (Sound Body Soul) for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at her Restorative Sound Journey. Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound as you lay back and let the soothing vibrations wash over you. This in-person event will take place on Friday evenings at the Oxnam Room in St Newlyn East.

Having recently trained in multi-instrumental sound healing with Sound Healing Bali, Jade Leighton is now offering weekly sound baths to local residents in exchange for a donation and feedback.

Whether you're looking to de-stress, unwind, or simply enjoy a unique experience, our Restorative Sound Journey is the perfect opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul.

Spaces are limited, so please sign up here to reserve your spot. You will be lying down on a yoga mat for around 1 hour, so please do wear comfortable warm clothing and I recommend that you consider bringing the following:

  • Extra mat or blanket to provide extra cushioning (recommended)
  • A blanket or thick scarf to keep you warm (recommended)
  • Cushion/s, and a bolster if you have one to help you get super comfy (recommended)
  • Eye mask

Please note, there is no parking at the property, so you will need to find a spot in the village - please ensure time is allocated for this.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

IMPORTANT: Please be prepared to complete an online feedback form after the event in exchange for this donation-based offering. If you can no longer make it, please get in touch so that your spot can be allocated to someone else. Many thanks.

Frequently asked questions

Will bolsters and blankets be provided?

At present, the only provision will be yoga mats and a small cushion, so if you want to ensure you can get comfortable, I strongly recommend that you bring at least one cushion/pillow, and ideally a blanket to lie under. I also recommend warm loose clothing and socks.

How much should I donate for a ticket?

That's entirely up to you! This is meant to be an accessible community event and I can't specify a price as I'm still learning and gathering feedback. However, I've spent invested a lot of money on my training, instruments, equipment and pay for the venue, so I'd be grateful for any contribution.

What if I can no longer make it?

If you can no longer make it, please contact me and request a refund so that your spot can be made available for someone else. It's a small venue, so I would ideally like to ensure that all spots are filled. Thank you.

Are there toilets at the location?

Yes, there is a toilet at the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

There isn't any parking apart from road parking in the village I'm afraid, so I recommend coming a little earlier to find a spot.
