Join me for a deliciously restorative Himalayan and Crystal bowl Soundbath to help soothe frazzled nerves and deeply relax.

Soundbaths are an increasingly popular tool to help promote your physical and mental health and wellbeing - they can help with stress, anxiety, low mood and mental clarity.

I'm a Sound Therapy Practitioner who works in group Soundbaths and 1-2-1. I work in North Yorkshire and London.
