Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing Journey

I am collaborating with the amazing Robin at Sacred sound healing and we are going to be offering a Restorative Yoga class followed by a blissful sound journey with gongs and bowls to help you drift into a deep healing relaxation.

The restorative yoga practice will be floor based and we use bolsters and blankets to help sink deeper into relaxation, allowing yourself to release tension and stress in the body. Rob will then take you on a beautiful journey of sound and healing vibrations with crystal quartz bowls and gongs.

Give yourself permission to dedicate this time for your relaxation, to be taken on a journey with simple movement, sound and vibration. Reset your nervous system, release stress, reconnect with yourself and get ready for the week ahead.

Please bring a pillow and blanket for extra comfort during the sound healing if you would like.
